We’re a community owned greengrocers in Carrick town centre, selling locally grown fruit and veg alongside other produce from further afield, with lots of other locally made goods and treats.

Thursday 10am – 4pm
Friday 10am – 4pm
Saturday 9am – 3pm
Check out our online shop where you can arrange a regular veg box delivery, pre order your weekend bread or arrange a fruit or gift basket for a friend.
Friendly Food Club
The Friendly Food Club offers produce grown in a nature friendly way at 50% off, and we are open to new members.

There is plenty of parking available in front of the Castle, and limited parking in the streets adjacent to the shop, including an accessible space for blue badge holders on Essex Street.
